THANK YOU FOR CO-CREATING THE MOST AMAZING GATHERING!
STAY TUNED FOR FUTURE ANNOUNCEMENTS REGARDING OUR NEXT EVENT AT THE CRYSTAL GARDEN!

Come and join the tribe for this intimate gathering and to witness 4:15 minutes of totality together during this rare Solar Eclipse.

We have specifically curated this amazing group of artists and facilitators, who carry deep medicine to create an intimate gathering of around 250 people with the intention of envisioning and sending out united prayers for a more harmonious way of living on this Earth.

We experience ourselves as ambassadors for a shift in culture, stepping away from a mindset of separation and self-serving, and stepping into a lifestyle of unity, reciprocity, and right relations with all of nature and each other. We believe this can be facilitated through supportive community, heart-centered learning and hands-on experiences of connecting with nature.

During this special event, we will be able to enjoy each other’s company and unique talents in an intimate setting. There will only be approximately 200 tickets available for the gathering so that we can create a strong container of learning, celebration, and connection.

This sacred land offers us a beautiful setting to camp together and expand ourselves through communal dance and celebration with music, through experiences in yoga, breath and meditation, and through hands-on permaculture and land awareness practices.

Do you feel the call to be a part of this powerful event? Tickets are available HERE.

MEET THE MUSICIANS

  • PAUL IZAK

Paul Izak was born and raised on the Hawaiian Islands and currently lives it up on the Island of Oahu. Paul has been discovering his own voice and unique sound as a singer/songwriter since 2004.
During his years in high school, he began to express himself through his harmonica. His inspiration came from his uncle Brian, a local blues harmonica player, and other blues musicians around the island. He quickly found a new sense of freedom through the harmonica.

During his first year of college, Paul began learning guitar and finding his own sound, which can best be described as a Folk, Blues, Rock, Reggae combination. In 2006, while living on the Island of Lana’i, Paul began playing hand drums. This later led him to establishing a drum circle on Kailua Beach for three years. These drum circles allowed Paul to connect with the community through the freedom of unlimited creative expression weekly. Bringing together the community in a conscious way led to the monthly Yogarden Music Gatherings, an all ages, artistic/music event. Paul’s passion for yoga, gardening, and music set the foundation for these gatherings.

During 2005-2013, Paul was the lead singer/harmonica/percussion player for local Hawaiian reggae band Pressure Drop, winners of the Mai Tai Rumble in 2010.

Paul’s full length albums include, Peaceful Words (2010), Seeds of Love (2011), Everlasting Light (2013), Campfire Anthems (2013), Back to the Roots (2017).

His love for music continues to grow, just like his garden. Representing a healthy and simplistic life, Paul is a believer in honoring yourself as an individual so that you may better contribute to your community through healthy sustainable practices. This is the message you get through Paul’s music, as he practices what he preaches.

  • MAX RIBNER

What common threads bridge soulful music to spiritual connection and community service?

This is the question that drives international touring artist and Berklee School of Music graduate, Max Ribner (he,him). The sound is rich, reverent, and intimate, connecting us through the lineage of music, to the stories of our ancestors. Max's unique and fusion-inspired approach to Flugelhorn and trumpet has led him to perform with artists such as Esperanza Spalding, Nahko And Medicine For The People, Rising Appalachia, Trevor Hall, and Liv Warfield (Prince). The result of years of collaboration with such a broad musical community is powerfully illustrated on Max's debut solo album, 1st Language, which brings 50+ artists together in a cross-continental collaboration as a sonic calling together of our collective humanity.

Inspired by a deeply personal three-year journey of being cracked open and alchemized by life’s challenges, Max’s upcoming album, Resilient Beings, will be a collection of modern-day mantras and torch-bearing songs to bring the listener a sense of coming home to self. By piecing soulful grooves with community singing, we welcome you on a musical journey that creates a path of presence by going into the heart.

Join us for this unique and inspiring opportunity to write a song as a community! Over two hours, we will be writing a song that presents itself in the moment while learning basic rhythms, choir parts, deep listening, and creative lyric writing. As a collective, we will journey into a prayerful space of connectivity, belonging, and coming home through song. Participants will then have the opportunity to share this song that evening during the evening performance. All voices, ages, backgrounds, and levels of experience are welcome.

The event will take place at the Crystal Garden near Mount Ida in the Ouachita Mountains. We are located within short distance of excellent crystal digging opportunities.

As stewards of this beautiful land, we are supporting a space that will provide a sanctuary for all life. This gathering will have a special focus on connecting to the land, nature and each other in an intimate setting. We are inviting attendees that have an interest in personal accountability, holistic living and organic farming. Through music, conscious breath and peaceful conduct, we will create a safe and supported container of community celebration.

Our Intention

Our Vision

Our long term goal is to create a space of exploration and experience of land-based living principles. We are tuning in with the land to honor all life present here and to support a regeneration of wild spaces and biodiversity. We are developing a permaculture farm and using biodynamic principles that represent a connected and life-affirming approach to our relation with the land and each other.
The Crystal Garden will become a learning center for a more harmonious way of relating to the earth and one other. Embracing land-based living principles, community support systems, holistic conduct and regenerative food systems, we work to build environments where all people and all life forms are honored and encouraged to flourish and thrive.

  • JEANETTA DARLEY

Jeanetta Darley is an Arkansas Artist that finds inspiration in nature and nostalgia. Her paintings and illustrations grow out of a love of nature combined with a compulsive habit of collecting old and abandoned items. "I believe that some of our strongest feelings are stirred by the awe of nature and the connection to our past."

"I can’t remember a time in my history that I wasn’t making something. Crocheting with my aunts or quilting with my grandmother. Drawing with ballpoint pens on calculator paper under my mom’s desk as she finished her bookkeeping jobs. Standing with my dad’s arms around me as he guided my hands and we turned the legs of our bar stools on a wood lave."

Creating in any form is a holy and human process. Every human is creative. Every belief has a creation story of some sort. If our origins come from a great creative source whether a divine being or big bang, how can we believe that same ability doesn’t reside in our own DNA? Some people just haven’t found their process yet.

She believes that reviving the knowledge of craftsmanship and sustainable skills can bring everyone to a better understanding of what is important for an authentic, simpler, slower way of life. By ingraining these skills in our lives, it encourages us to become better stewards, innovative problem solvers, and resourceful and creative citizens of the world.
